Meet Jimmy

Raised in Brooklyn by a single mother and shaped by the absence of his father, Jimmy Jean’s journey is one of resilience, transformation, and faith. Childhood trauma didn’t define him—it refined him. He chose to turn his pain into purpose, using every setback as fuel to rise and become the man he was created to be.

For over a decade, Jimmy worked in some of New York City’s most prestigious hotels, serving leaders, celebrities, and global travelers. He served in nearly every area of the hotel—rising from an overnight houseman mopping floors to an executive overseeing exclusive events for high-profile guests. Along the way, he discovered a deeper gift: the ability to connect with people from all walks of life, see their needs before they spoke them, and make them feel seen, valued, and cared for. More than experience, it was a masterclass in service, selflessness, and heart-led leadership. Hospitality taught him that greatness isn’t found in being noticed—it’s found in how you serve.

Jimmy now weaves his experience as a servant leader in hospitality into his passion for helping others find their purpose—using the same foundational principles that made him an award-winning luxury hospitality expert.
